Virdee Virtual Reception Kiosk
Not every guest or property is ready for a fully mobile solution, which is why we developed the Virdee Virtual Reception Kiosk. It complements Mobile by adding an elegant presence to your lobby while providing physical key cards.
Mobile and Kiosk work seamlessly together, and the check-in process can even be started on Mobile and finished on the Kiosk.
To start the check-in process, guests authenticate via one of the following:
The Kiosk boasts features designed in Germany with solid wood and powder-coated metal. Choose from a variety of natural colors or paint it any color to match your brand. It can even be wrapped in a vinyl design, straight from the factory.
With only three electronic parts: tablet, key encoder, and payment terminal, the Kiosk is extremely reliable and minimalist, perfect for any lobby.

Kiosk features

The entire check-in and check-out process can be handled from the kiosk.
Three different mounting options are available to fit your needs.
In addition to a table-top Kiosk, there are floor-standing and wall-mounted models. The table-top model is great for mounting to existing front desk space, while the floor-standing kiosk has the ability to be anchored to the floor or be moved to accommodate different guest flows depending on season.

External and moving parts are kept to a minimum to ensure longevity and minimal downtime. Virdee even has proactive support that has alerted clients to things like internet outages before they were even aware.
