RESIDE will initially deploy Virdee Concierge via the Virdee App and stand-alone kiosks in two of its managed buildings on the east and west coast including The Beekman Tower in New York City and The Oxford in Seattle, Washington.
- Automated workflow provides safe access – By automating front-of-house workflows, Virdee allows guests to more safely access RESIDE’s properties at a time when human touchpoints and personal interaction have become more challenging. The Virdee Concierge reduces average on-site check-in time to under 20 seconds while also offering ID verification, payment collection and remote support.
- Contactless customer experience – The product provides RESIDE with the ability to elevate the guest experience while simultaneously increasing margins and boosting profitability for the owners of the properties through “tech-first” interactions.
