The entire process can be completed on Mobile or Kiosk. You can even start check-in on Mobile and finish on the Kiosk.
Imagine completing check-in on your phone on the way to your hotel. Upon arrival, if you're using Mobile Key, simply head to your room. If you need a key card, just stop by the kiosk, scan the QR code in the app, and get your key.
Sign in on Mobile via phone number, email, or confirmation code. If you're at the Kiosk, you can also scan the QR code from the Mobile app or welcome email.
Secure ID verification is quick and easy. Just like any other check-in step, it can be completed on Mobile or the Kiosk.
Scan your document, take a selfie, and you're done!
This is an optional step for properties and allows filing of a signature, signing Terms & Conditions, and even signing lease agreements.
Mobile wallets and credit cards are supported. The style of payment terminal is tied to the property's payment provider. If you're on Mobile, just enter the card information.
On an anniversary trip? Need a wake-up call? Easily send messages to property staff from within Mobile or the Kiosk.
If you need any help, just click on the Remote Assistance button on Mobile or the Kiosk to immediately be connected with property staff. They can even complete the check-in process for you if there are any problems and issue a room key.
The Kiosk provides a physical key card at the end of check-in. Need more than one card? You can print multiple cards as well. If you need additional cards later on, just stop by the Kiosk, scan the QR code, and print out more cards.
